nn Position Summary nn nnProvide broad analytical and operational corporate operations support.
Capable of conducting detailed analysis, process procedures and business case development, and other general financial (accounts payable and invoicing) and operational analysis. Monitor and coordinate activities to manage operational performance such as reliability, service level and productivity. Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the companys performance indicators.
Develop, organize and present performance reports for both internal and external use.
Support the development of short-term and long-range business planning. nn nn General Functions nn Develop and conduct short-term and long-range business planning.
Conduct modeling, variance analysis, business case development, and other financial and operational analysis (e.g., operational effectiveness, budget, resource, workload, workforce and capacity utilization, competitor, etc.); nn Monitor and coordinate activities to manage operational performance (service level, productivity, etc.) and make recommendations for improvement; nn Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the companys business performance; nn Perform analysis of the operations cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations; nn Support administrative support services of human resources (timecard, benefits, and recruiting) and finance (accounts payable and receivable) as needed. Responsible for making sure that a company’s support activities are running smoothly and consistently; nn Completes operational requirements by scheduling and working with Management and employees; following up on work results; nn Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing burn rates, summarizing information; identifying trends as needed; nn Assists with on-boarding and orientation of new employees; to include out-processing actions as needed; nn Assist with projects and contracts, as needed; nn Other duties as assignednn nn Qualifications nn Minimum 5-8 years of related professional experience. nn Must have managed a team of a minimum of 5
– 7 people.nn People management skills.nn Must have worked in IT or Cybersecurity or Contracting Firm for a minimum of 3 years in a roll relevant to management and operations.nn Knowledge and experience working in Federal government or with large private industry.nn Strong understanding of applicable processes and practices and business fundamentals. nn Ability to analyze organizational data and complex problems, interpret and recommend alternative courses of action, and implement strategies to attain performance targets. nn Demonstrated strong analytical skills for project evaluation including analysis of complex projects with financial, risk and decision analysis. Ability to effectively present business cases to corporate leadership. nn Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project), specialized business technologies and applications. nn Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized. nn Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.nn nn Education nn Minimum Bachelor degree; MBA preferred or relevant advanced degree nn Reporting nn Provide action report of activities and responsibilities with schedule and target date(s) of completion. Provide accomplishments and daily detail hours of support. Participate in weekly business operations and priorities meeting nn Work Location & Business Support Hours nn Location Zermount HQ office Hours – Approximately 40 hours per week
