Business Analyst Role:As a Senior Business Analyst at United Income, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges.

You will work with a team of world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line.

Business Analyst who is exceptionally imaginative, collaborative, and truly excited about our mission.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, analytical, self-motivating, and has great attention to detail.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for United Income in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demandsProduct: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various wealth management offerings; lead product-level modeling/analyticsMarketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products, and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel.

Generate data-driven insights to inform the design and development of new marketing strategies and customer experiencesExecution: Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute against the product strategy.

Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrentlyPartnership: Work closely with colleagues across United Income including: Product, Tech, Sales, Operations, Finance, Brand, and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitabilityStrategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of data-driven decision making and problem solving.

Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous analytics to set and achieve short and long-term goalsStrong business judgment, leadership, and integrity: She/he should be a tenacious decision-maker, able to bring a healthy and aggressive, yet responsible approach to businessStrong executive communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsClear results-orientation: display an intense focus on achieving both short and long-term goals.

She/he should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environmentSuccessful track record of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environmentBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 1 year of experience in an analysis rolePreferred Qualifications:Masters Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, EngineeringCFA, SQL, SAS, FRM certifications?1+ years of experience in Statistical model building, market research, SQL querying2+ years of experience in business analysis in a corporate setting1+ years of experience in consulting1+ years of experience in financial planning or investment management industryAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
