At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-orientedSenior Office Administrator in the Chantilly, VA area to provide assistance on administrative and information system security issues affecting the mission of the customer by implementing common information system security practices, policies and technologies and coordination to a government customer.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work with government administrative staff to manage all aspects of a government official’s daily agenda to include managing calendars and scheduling appointments, preparing travel itineraries, schedule Very Important Person (VIP) parking, and making arrangementsAnswer and place telephone calls, direct calls, take messages, and follow-up accordinglyPrepare and review non-routine letters, memos, documents, awards, and various reports for Senior Executive signature to ensure compliance with NRO correspondence guidelinesReceive, sort, and screen incoming mail; categorize, prioritize and prepare responses for signatureMaking travel arrangements (experience with eTrip is desired) and processing travel accounting/vouchersAttend meetings, conferences, and off-sites
– taking minutes and/or action items and other information; disseminate schedule to appropriate staff and act as a liaison between the Senior Executive and othersMaintain office staff phone contact lists and manage vehicle and parking pass log bookMaintain an awareness of internal structural levels and hierarchy within the organizationFiling and information management; update and maintain records and files using the NRO enterprise records management systemPasses and receives clearances and prepares access listsMaintain an efficient office environment to include assisting in the ordering of supplies/equipment, arranging for office equipment repairs, coordinating office renovations, and participating in event planningStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver clear and concise responsesKnowledge of proper English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation and sentence structure to ensure that written materials prepared and reviewed are complete, succinct, and formatted correctlySkill to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining flexibility and versatilityExperience working with senior executives at multiple organizational levelsComprehensive knowledge of organization’s policies, procedures, regulations, goals, vision, organizational structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles and valuesExtensive knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applicationsMaintain currency on changes in HR policies and guidance, and HR tools and systems to enable the customers employees’ access to a variety of programs, services, and resources such as training opportunities, career management services, and recognition programs.Position Requirements:Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five to ten years of relevant experience.Thorough understanding of the processes and sensitivities of Human Resource Management is required.IC (intelligence community) or DoD work experiencePreferred Position Requirements:Joint military experience with human resources doing decorations, citations, performance reports, recruiting, detail-oriented, organizational skills, and good communication skills and ability to adhere to strict deadlinesSecurity Clearance Requirement:Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph requiredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the timeMust be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnelConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer#LI-CW1ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
