Be challenged by innovation and grow professionally by solving one of the most interesting challenges impacting businesses across the globe. The Opportunity:Sales Operations is looking for an individual who wants to leverage their analytical and data management skills to help drive revenue and make Interos #1 in the TPRM Market! This individual should be looking for a challenge and have a creative mindset to help further develop and create visibility for our sales organization to be more efficient and strategic. This will be accomplished via several vehicles such as Salesforce.com, Tableau, Microsoft Excel and other applications. You will be expected to not only work as an individual contributor but also with cross functional teams to troubleshoot, solve problems and build solutions. We are looking for someone who has a take charge attitude and can “get stuff done”!Essential Functions/duties:Analytics and ReportingManage and lead performance analysis of the sales and customer experience team, customers/prospects, partners, markets, and products. Including but not limited to: win/loss analysis, performance measurement, product adoption, territory analysis, lead analysis and pipeline managementWork cross functionally to continuously improve, streamline and automate report design, production, delivery and documentation.
