ATM Sub-Regional Manager

GardaWorld Cash Processing is one of the nation’s largest armored car companies is seeking to fill a Sub-Region ATM Manager position to be based in the East Markets.  The selected candidate will be responsible for overview of our ATM operations for our armored transportation operations.  The candidate will be security sensitive with prior ATM, cash logistics and profit and loss (P&L) management experience. A thorough understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Managers also ensure company policies and procedures are adhered. People skills and leadership experience are a MUST. 

Job Functions

• Responsible for managing the ongoing frontline ATM Training in all branches within the sub region.  
• Responsible for managing ATM Execution Excellence, providing on time accurate ATM services.   
• Responsible for resolving ATM variances daily with a focus of root cause analyst and process improvement.
• Responsible for leading the resolution of ATM Claims in a timely manner with the local branch Managers and GM’s
• Direct and oversee the implementation and execution of the onboarding process for new ATM business in the sub region.
• May travel for temporary duties at other locations.

Requirements

• Three plus years management experience in transportation or related environment.
• Managers shall maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Managers shall maintain an acceptable driving record per company standards.
• Managers are required to have a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
• Managers shall maintain current guard and gun permits or licenses.
• Meet the requirements to maintain a DOT medical examiner’s certificate.
• Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to give clear oral and written instructions and have the ability to train and lead armored and CVS employees on the ATM processes from end to end.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint and Access knowledge is required.
• Complete knowledge of the Armored Car Personnel Work Rules or branch labor agreements, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, state guard and gun regulations and Company policies and procedures.
• Requires a working knowledge of Cashtrak system, package tracking and other commercial and proprietary software programs.
